eskaA funny thing happened to me on the way to work this morning. My tube blew up.
It may have been accompanied by some sort of light flash or something, but I can’t really remember very well, though I do have a vague recollection of the glass between the two carriages shattering. And then the lights went out and the train stopped. Strange as it may sound, I simply carried on getting my GBA out, changing tracks on my ipod, for at least a couple of seconds before I really registered that there had been a massive fucking explosion.

We then sat down in a café together and the whole thing unfolded around us via email, text message and blackberry internet.
